Confirmations will be sent via email or other forms of communication. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure the accuracy of the booking details. 2.3 Payment: Full payment for services is required at the time of booking. Glamish Petcare Services accepts all major credit cards, PayPal, and other approved payment methods as listed on the website. 2.4 Cancellations: Service cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the appointment. Failure to cancel within this timeframe will result in a charge for the full service. Exemptions may apply in the event of severe weather conditions, where a credit will be applied to the client’s account for future use.

3. Client Responsibilities

3.1 Accurate Information: The client is responsible for providing accurate information regarding their pet’s health, behavior, and any special requirements. Failure to disclose pertinent information may result in the refusal of services. 3.2 Health and Vaccination Requirements: All pets using Glamish Petcare Services must be up-to-date on vaccinations and in good health. We reserve the right to request documentation of vaccinations before services are provided. 3.3 Behavioral Requirements: Pets must be non-aggressive and manageable for safe handling. We reserve the right to refuse service to any pet displaying aggressive behavior. 3.4 Home Access: If services require access to the client’s home, it is the client's responsibility to provide working keys, access codes, or any other necessary means of entry. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of the service and a full charge for the scheduled service.

4. Liability

4.1 Pet Health and Safety: While Glamish Petcare Services is committed to providing the highest standard of care for your pet, we are not liable for any injury, illness, or unforeseen circumstances that may occur while your pet is under our care. This includes, but is not limited to, accidents, allergic reactions, or health issues not disclosed by the client. 4.2 Third-Party Interactions: Glamish Petcare Services is not responsible for any damages, injuries, or incidents that occur during interactions between your pet and third parties (e.g., other pets or individuals) during walks or park visits unless directly caused by our staff’s negligence. 4.3 Damage to Property: We are not responsible for any damage to the client’s property caused by their pet, including but not limited to, furniture, decor, or other items.

All client information provided through our website or during service booking will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. 5.2 Data Sharing: Glamish Petcare Services does not share client information with third parties without your explicit consent unless required by law.

Glamish Petcare Services is not liable for failure to perform services due to circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or severe weather conditions. In such cases, we will make every effort to reschedule services or issue a credit to the client.
